			Water front homes, average sales price and number of transaction since 2002. The average price has gone from $820,000 to $1,618,000. First half of 2007 there were several large sales that have greatly increased the average sales price.
		This chart shows the average price sold for home on acreage, more than 4 acres. The average price sold so far this year is $705,000 compared to $380,000 in 2003.
		This chart shows the average price sold for a home on San Juan Island on less than 4 acres of land. This would include homes in the town of Friday Harbor but would NOT include any waterfront homes.
